Mega Tinkering Day

Vivekanand VIP School was an active participant of Mega Tinkering Day-2025 organized under the aegis of Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog.

 On 12th August 2025, our 30 students were part of the nationwide DIY activity – “Building a Vacuum Cleaner” using accessible materials and also joined live “Build Together” session conducted by AIM Team.

 We were proud to be a part of this historic event that united thousands of schools and tinkering minds across India in a shared celebration of scientific temperament.

 Celebration of Mega Tinkering Day came with proper planning as per the instructions provided by AIM team. Everything required was arranged beforehand, the live streaming was arranged in ATL, students were provided with the required materials & that’s how DIY activity started which resulted in a fully functional Vacuum cleaner created in our ATL.

 The DIY activity was conducted under the guidance of school Vice Principal Mrs Suchi Kumari & ATL incharge Kumari Suman.
